Haohan Xu is the CEO and founder of multiple high-tech companies. He was an active investor in equities markets and a trader in digital asset markets. He has extensive experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions, financial technology innovation, etc. Haohan holds a B.S. in Operations Research with a minor in computer science from Columbia University.
Xiaoyu Li
Co-CFO
Xiaoyu Li has extensive experience in investor relations management, investment and M&A. Ms. Li served as director of MFH (nasdaq listed) between May 2018 and August 2021. She served at investor relations department from 2012 to 2013 for WOWO, which is a Nasdaq listed company. She helped and supported the whole process of IPO of the company. Ms. Li holds a master’s degree in finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Minnesota.
